Anti Bribery Policy

The Top Management of Digital Advanced Control Ltd recognises that the disciplines of operating an effective anti bribery policy are an integral part of its management function. The Company views these as a primary responsibility and the key to good business practice.

The policy of Digital Advanced Control Ltd is to operate, at all times, within the legal and legatislive requirements of all markets within which it operates.

Our Anti Bribery Policy is to ensure, as far as it is in our control, that the organisation, its employees, representatives and any third party are not involved in any cash or non cash advantages or facility payments with either suppliers or clients of the organisation. Top Management continues to support and provide direction to reach this goal.

The Company’s anti-bribery policy calls for continuous vigilance and monitoring of its management systems and employee activities and business is conducted according to the following principles.

DAC considers Anti-Bribery operation a key business responsibility and encourages all stakeholders to take an interest in the implementation of such policies. Detection of any bribery threat will be apparent due to the company procedures.
